Guys i want help how to reduce tha flag time from eclipse or from configs..

 

The first thing you should have done is search all the .config files. It's an option in one of them.

Infact...

# Length one stays in PvP mode after hitting an innocent (in ms)
PvPVsNormalTime = 15000

# Length one stays in PvP mode after hitting a purple player (in ms)
PvPVsPvPTime = 30000
