[Help]Runes for Teemo Twitch and Xerath

What runes to buy for those champs??? thanks.

for teemo i would suggest quit flat ap blue mr flat yellow armor flat and red m pen or as

twitch go for armor pen quit and red yellow armor blue mr per lvl

xerath flat mp regen/mpen/flat ap quit/and mr per lvl

3(useless champs i would recomend you not to make unique rune page for each of them)
