Lets take a first look at this new champion Xerath

 

 

A closer look to her skills (updated images.)

 

Passive Ascended Form:

Xerath feeds on arcane power, making him increasingly resilient to physical harm. He converts a percentage of his Ability Power into Armor.

 

Active Arcanopulse :

Fires a long-range beam of energy, dealing magic damage to all targets hit.

 

Active Locus of Power :

Xerath anchors himself to a source of magical power, increasing the range of all spells and granting him bonus % Magic Penetration. Although he is immobilized while Locus of Power is active, his movement speed increases upon disabling the ability.

 

Active Mage Chains :

Deals magic damage to an enemy and marks them with Unstable Magic. The next spell Xerath strikes this enemy with will stun them.

 

Ultimate Arcane Barrage :

Calls down a blast of arcane energy, dealing magic damage to all enemies in an area. May be cast up to three times before going on cooldown.

the only OP released champ was Nocturne who got 2 instant nerfs and Lee Sin with 1 instant nerf! the others are just ok!

1) he can lane better than brand since xerath ignore minions. (not even reduced damage when he hits more than 1 target)

2) he can hit from the hell up to heaven

3) he is being the best late game ap carry cause of his passive.

great players fear nothing ! i ve come up with a counter already.hohoho hue hue hue xD

 

*check the range veigar put his event horizon! guarantees a perfect stun since it will reach him without Xerath moving a lot.or interrupt his standing skill

 

*we talk about veigar the best anti ap in game so he makes xeraths passive useless!

 

*dive champs (poppy ap or irelia with true dmg and wits end)or small teleport champs(like shaco,tf) can really make teamfights like 4v5 imo.
