I am playing in One Interlude Russian Server And all the game play is in Russian ,how can change it to English?

You can change the langauge in the client (interface and stuff you see in the chat box) but all the in-game text such as NPC dialouge will be in Russian since all those files are server based.

 

Be careful if you edit/change the client files because server does have a check function (if enabled) to see what font you are using and kick you out if it finds something differet.

That is what I said, and it does not matter if it is L2OFF or L2J since all htm files are stored on the server and not the client.
