Please tell me what do the columns mean, what is related to and how to understand it in order to edit the position of an accesorie related to the character, wich is x, y,z position columns?

 

for exemple i have this line, How can i get the hair accesory lower ? wich columns are responsable for up and down, lef -right ? or how does it rly work?

Try to change the numbers and see using pawnviewer what happened when you change a number but for what client are they ? They are already shared for interlude , freya and hi5 so you might waste your time with them.
