Name colour change after ech PvP

I was wondering if some1 knew how to change the colour of some1's name after every pvp.

 

E.g.

 

20 pvp's - blue name

40 pvp's - yellow name

 

etc etc

no one know this, i have seen some servers that have this opsion..

when make some pvp  example 1000 u name colour change
