Table Error on navicat.

I have Navicat 8, I am trying to make a new table [ Custom_npc]

But when I click on New Table Button It give's me an error which says "1146-table "mysql_proc" doesnt exist.

 

Any can tell me how I can fix it and make an custom table..to add custom npc's.

 

It's my first time as datebase worker,please give me a hand.
