Tizo if you're gm of this server then i shall help you with balance ,but since i'm not involved on your project ,i can't help you for real ,i can't only suggest

 

I know how l2j interlude/epilogue/freya balance is ,weak classes,strong classes ,i know them all on retail

 

For sure your pack is Simple ,that mean i guess you didn't even touched ,which mean is ARCHER/MAGE server and i can suggest you this

 

1. Nefr magic crit to 2x (for example ,let's say that sps give 400 normal and 1,5 k crit ,then crit should be 800)

2. Don't add blessing of queen & neither gift to shop and make them only 1second so they can be useless ,gladi/tyrants are too strong in pvp with gift too ,i suggest you decrease both classes skills dmg to 25% and crit (crit for example ,you give 1000 sonic storm ,and you give 1600 crit not 2000) ,nefr all classes pet ,especially the summoner one ,make pet's dmg 40% less and lower his speed ,summoners are always op in oly ,also about ols: Decreasing magical crit won't be enough ,you have to nefr his normal dmg to 35% and add 2seconds to cp restore) ,also decrease titan frenzy to 135% (that mean like 2,5k nefr ,titans are always op on interlude on frenzy ,actually unstoppable so this should solve things ,rage you can keep it intact) ,and about archers ,even if you make blessing of queen useless they will be still op ,decrease their damage to 38% will resolve things ,Also since enchant will be +15 ,daggers should not be touched ,make sure trick will be around 50% not 69 and neither 2% lol

 

Also set speed limit to 200 ,evasion to 170 ,Gl xD

jUST 1 tip: these suggestions are far from what could i have done for real balance ,comparing with so much incompetent gms that have no idea about how balance is

 

PS: Make armors a grade max and weapon s normal

 

It should be good by now ;)

Again you want to nerf all others classes except from yours(dagger)

Anyway,after 2 hours that you will play on server and all others players they will pwn you cause your completely useless about l2(i know you from others servers)you will come here and you will crying about how much unbalance and fail server is...Cool story but stop to want change servers cause ur nab.Have fun!!!
