Hello. I have 2 Npc which the are one metre by ground they are in the air. how i can fix it this?

Change their Collusion and Height make them as their original NPCs

You mean that its a flying npc and its stuck in the ground??

 

increase colision height and make it L2FlyingMonster or smth

No.just change the clollision height even by shift+click the mob ingame.
