Summoners on low rates and retail

I would like to hear some opinions from experienced low rate players:

Can summoner pvp on low rates at all? Against mages? against fighters?

And about elemental summoner, I heard its awesome at AOE killing, but at 54 lvl it seems like I can barely stand 2 mobs ^^ Any tips?

it is yes from gracia + summoners owns (from c6 basicly)

spectral master is summoner+nuker 2 in one :) pretty good in farm and in pvp at 1 v 1 :) and its also good as healer with nightshade summon

Well I really don't want to reroll to spectral atm.

But if I remember right my summon gets killed by 2 shots from mage at higher levels ... true?

l2 dex shouldn't be that fail since I see 1-3k players online and its l2off not l2j.

Lol it's not server that's fail if it has retail files, but the player, look what basic questions about summoners is he asking and you ppl think it's a fail server since he can't play summoner.

 

On topic: If you will join some clan, CP and play a lot, ES or WK would be best option, if you'r more of a solo player or you want to make some kills in pvp then rerole to phantom summoner since it's only summoner that gets a proper nuke that helps you in dps. Otherwise in general summoners in GF are very good if you know how to play them.
