Download l2 file edit 6.5 from http://www.4shared.com/file/29330347/bf3d265b/l2_fileedit65.html?s=1 <-- here then open it click Open and decrypt .. find your client folder .. open system then open systemmsg-e.dat and edit w/e you want ... then Save it AS !!! 413 !!! Check it out !!! and then open your client and it will as you change it !! :)
