What is L2J SERVER AND L2JDATAPACK?

What's the difference between those two?

 

Where I can build server in l2jserver or l2jdatapack?

Its simple l2j server its like engine of the car, l2jdatapack its everything else wheels, sits, doars, etc etc. u need those 2 to make the car work so same as lineageII u need l2jserver+datapack to make lineage 2 work :P
