How I Can Change The Chance Of Skills

hallo all...

 

in the server most of skills are 100% anchor stun curses etc...

how i can make it 40% 50%? but the server is online so if i make the power lower i have to delete from everyone the skill and readded any other suggestion??

look at the skills in gameserver\data\stats\skills 1100-1199 there is the anchor i don't remember how we change it but fromt here you can change the chance the skill to succeed I will come later and tell you exacly how to change it
