Your comunity is too low for fixing all bugs/problems,look at L2jFrozen.L2jaCis or other alive Free Project,here are around 1-9999999 peopels in comunity and bug still run. How you can fix all? I think the best option for fix a lot of bugs its: Made it Free Project until 1000 or smth Revision and after that made it Premium, ofc if you want more customers!

 

It's your Choice but before say smth use your brain!
