where can i find moderators for smf?

Hey guys , i just started some project ownmmo (dot) com , its gona be something like this forum but with more stuff it , as soon as its gona be active project im going to make sort of a shop where people can sell stuff " like ebay " but for games , like selling server files etc.

 

but the main problem is , that i dont have a team , just started the project yesterday , alone...

where can i find some experienced people to join to my team as moderators and admins ?

depends on how good project will run , if the project will be successful than il check the income and share all the income with the team , and il take for myself only the money for the hosting.

plus for now coz the project just started i could give "F.Credits" which u can use for design services
