Hello, my question is, how the project Gracia Freya is according to you the best and why? I'm interested in terms of stability, activity.

Well, it's not gracia freya, it's just freya.

 

Also, the best option is to pick l2j and edit it as you want. I believe there are not any 'fatal' problems with it, just some simple bugs that need (to be found and) to be fixed.

L2JServer 4 ever. I know L2JServer have lots of bugs and lots of work to do, but its fully configurable and easy to work with.

I recommend it, and if you have question just make a post! (sure, in the correct section)
