Let me ask. A dedicated PC like that: https://order.layeredtech.com/ConfigureServer.lt?method=display&productId=1585 can support 300-400 players with out lag?(l2J Server)

no. You need fast drives, >6gb of decent ram, Remember, just cause a harddrive is bigger doesn't mean its better ;)
