There are a lot of PHP versions why you dont try them ?

But what you use ? Cause we dont know what site are you using, php or asp, and if you have sql port scoped or if the on mssql server you allowed external connections through tcp/ip, or if you added the mssql connector and if it correctly added and line in php.ini is uncommented.

Just make a simple ext which hooks AuthD in RequestAuthLogin packet and creates account if doesnt exist.
