[Help] Scarlet Van Halisha weapon effect

Hello, I don't know where is the problem about scarlet van halisha weapons effect on IL. Few guys said - that's client problems, but I tried with few clean IL clients and got same result. Here is the screen:

 

That glow should be on a weapon, not in halisha's stomach. :D

 

On freya that's working perfectly.  ::)
