Botting on official?

I have been gone for some time from l2 and I noticed the official servers have been merged to only 2 servers now. Do any of these bots posted here work for the official servers? I have read a few threads and so far it seems like most of the bots posted are for private ones?

 

I also heard ncsoft is alot stricter now and bans more and I noticed gogogy is gone could anyone shed some light on this?
