easy, if you downloaded already first cloaks in this topic, you have all textures needed.

So,

just need to creat files in armor and itemname for add them on client, and make a xml in your server file.

 

I added them already, and here are all files, ofc, they can be added in first post:

Ofc, its for freya release l2jserver and you need the texture file of the first topic too.
