from pvp players drop equpied items

Hi all, can anyone help me with this. it is similar like "Player Drop Rate control" when players drop items when killed from mob which was in c4. i want to now how to do that in pvp. need some explanations.

look for the karma drop system ;) read the code create a similar system just when being killed in pvp
