[Error] Setup.exe in Client C4

You have propably already installed Lineage 2 in your computer, check your Installed Programs about it.

i check it after, and nothign...

what about details? can you post this? because this message say another application are running and can't work with setup of l2.

what you mean don't work? I run W7 32bits and it's work for me, anyway I wait for answer of Nefertiti
