[GR]Problem with starting of the PC

Hey guys , when i start the pc ... it opens normaly.. you know.. but

When the desktop appears  , appeares and error too.!

 

 

 

I go to this location , but i can't find it...I open l2fileedit and i try again to find this loc  . With l2fileedit i can find it , i delete the Setupb.dll.

I restarted my PC to see if the error has gone .. but new error appears that says - > setupb.dll is missing..sth like that ..

 

So?Does anyone know about this?

Okay, lisent.. Put the Windows CD or DVD and boot from cd/dvd then it will load some windows files

and then will appear a screen to install the windows (do not press install) but repair...

i dont have any cd/dvd.. i go my pc to a programmer..he formated it for me

it doesnt find that file. try to downlaod one from the inet or reinstall win
