oooo ... the main major bug of this server ... major group heal re-use time 2 min .. wtf ? and dont tell me you made this for ballance o.O .. and .. the tattoos are realy "awesome" .. sorc and sps got more then 2k cast speed and .. 1/5 hit's are M crits ( awesome  ... )
