I would suggest not to use the c3 files since they're modded c1 (hlapex), use c4 and remove the c3 shizzle, that's a better way if you ask me. Cheers. -

You can use the l2wh pack to, l2encdec, it decrypts files correctly.

Check the file env.int for the glows, you can define HOW the weapon glows in the weapongrp. Cheers
