I usually take Ionian boots, Philo Stone -> Shurelia's, Heart of Gold -> Solari or Randuin's, Aegis of the Legion more often than Zeke's Herald , Frozen Heart or warsmoths .When i got back to base i buy 2 wards and Oracle's when our jungle obvious fail. I use only utility's masteries cuz im 20lvl atm, Exhaust/ flast or heal sometimes for summoner Spells. My skills are upgrading as you tell me.

Any guide for taric as a support? Im taking the 2 items for gold,and then boost my health . The other items are based of my enemies and sometimes for CD. Can some1 help me with this?

Its rly funny to see that some ppl playing lr dont even got the basic clue. @amenzj if it has a buffer,bd is useless.. :/

Playing low rate server means that you know only when to exp,nothing else. Also there, the ppl that nolife it got the advantage on pvps,sry but thats not l2. I suggest you High Rate too.
