Nowadays there are many other ways to fix this, among them Amped 2.0, which I ain't going to share here because the author doesn't want it spread. Alright folks, me and my team have been working on this for the last 3 months, and it's finally done. I promised you I would share this so here it is. I know there are tons of leechers, but I do know aswell lots of people are going to love this and use it, not to mention it's a great addition to the private L2OFF server developing community, so here we go. I'm going to share all the things that this armor needs, which is: Client-side: \system - Itemname-e.dat - armorgrp.dat \systextures - epicdrop.utx - epicfdarkelf.utx - epicfdwarf.utx - epicfelf.utx - epicffighter.utx - epicfmagic.utx - epicforc.utx - epicfshaman.utx - epicicon.utx - epicmdarkelf.utx - epicmdwarf.utx - epicmelf.utx - epicmfighter.utx - epicmmagic.utx - epicmorc.utx - epicmshaman.utx Server-side: - skilldata.txt - itemdata.txt ------------////---------////---------------- Client-side: --> Decoded itemname-e.dat <-- --> Decoded armorgrp.dat <-- Client-side (Textures): --> Textures pack <-- Server-side: --> Skilldata.txt <-- --> Itemdata.txt <-- This is it. All you'll have to do server-side is add the skilldata.txt and itemdata.txt lines in your skilldata.txt/itemdata.txt files. And client-side what you'll have to do is grab the lines of the decoded armorgrp.dat and itemname-e.dat, decode your armorgrp.dat/itemname-e.dat and put the lines in there. I'll give you a simple example: It doesn't work for any other kinds of characters because there are SEPARATE kinds of textures for each race/gender, if at least you knew anything about texture editing and opened the armors textures for each race you'd know that. Ok guys... Lately a lot of servers got owned by this exploit where you just pick an account ID and pick any chars you want... Lots of servers got corrupted, people getting in GM accounts and summoning items, to sum it up, it's a total CHAOS. Anyways, this is how you should be able to temporarily fix it: 1 - First off, backup your lin2world and lin2db databases, if anything goes wrong, you'll be able to restore your databases and start it over again without being fucked over. 2 - Open your enterprise manager whatsoever in MSSQL, make a new query, put this into it and execute: use lin2world update user_data set account_id = account_id + 621854 // This is just an example, you could use any other number you want, but with that number the noobs are gonna try to find the account ID's forever. 3 - After you've done that, unlock the lin2db database, make a new query, type this in and execute: use lin2db update user_account set uid = uid + 621854 // Keep in mind the number should be the same in both, else it won't work. 4 - Reload the server. Now script kiddies are gonna try to find the account ID's, they'll start by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10k, 20k, 40k, 50k, 60k, 70k, until they go like WHAT THE FUCK and /wrist.
