i cant take a photo because the prtsc button dont work :/ .. but if you want to understand see. when i go at options->video->display mode: i cant change it.. from normal to widescreen. :/ what to do to enable that?? its like disable now. :/

At cs 1.6 i cant change the display mode from normal to widescreen.. what to do?? can you help me?? plzz now i cant play because when i open the cs it open in the center and small.. what to do to fix it??
