it's not about l2j nab servers...i have never played official my self (except l2 off ofc) but from some friends of mine that did i know that in official too there is always some better char than anything else... And balance means for every class to have advantages and disadvantages against certain classes and every class will have advantages against the half of the classes and disadvantages against the other half....theoritically at least

atk speed is important for less skills cd....plus it gives plenty of str (p.atk skills critical chance)....talhum is by far the best choice...and especially compared with NM that is for tanks ............

spoiler + crafter is the best way to make adena.. And a very good way (back in c3 mainly) was PP...u see back then there wasn't raids or pt farming a lot...so u would sit in fg for an e.g and selling buffs 100k (there was some dark elfs that rechared mp for 50k) ...ma fiend made plenty of adena like that but i doubt this would be of any use nowdays
