Almolst all global mods know that mine account was scammed ! I was a victim of a keylogger so its not mine falt that I lost the account !!! So guys can you just change mine email from mine old account or give me the karma and the rank to that one ...

Thats a simple enchant system. Lets give you an example. If you set the max enchant +25 with normal scrolls your players can encant max +25 but if you set the max enchant +30 with blessed your players will be able to enchant to +25 with normal scrolls and +30 with blessed.
