yeah i change the name and id on xml to but no use wowo english plz

Hi i got this error when loading gameserver ..... and other problem is that i tryed to adapt a IL weapon to ct2.4 i did everything i changed iteamname-e and wepongrp and slq files to ct2.4 but when i loaded the game server this error came and after i loaded the game and tryed to creat that wepon the system said that id dosent exist ... can any one help me plz ??? hear is the xml file which i edited http://www.4shared.com/file/252638624/40f7fcd0/88020-88030.html :)
