To say the truth, i cannot understand what the background is about. Also, it looks so ugly for me and i think that this is the thing that changes my opinion for this outcome. But, i like the text and especially the "M" from the first sign.

I dont know. I want to say that is perfect but some parts of your sign change my opinion. I dont know. My opinion is something middle at these two opinions. So, i cannot rate.

It seems that you use topaz.

At the first one i use a layer with gaussian blur and then at overlay mode for more depth and at the second one i dont use this layer.

I see that you like very much to use topaz! And this one sign rocks. I like it very much except of the text. You use all the time the same fonts. 9/10!
