CUSTOM COMMANDS like .info .giran .aden .cl .goddart etc.. you have test this command when you are in tvt or olympiad or in jail ... because im sure they will work because that is easy in you are in tvt to press .giran and to go in town / get buffs and to back in tvt with full buff or just to leave from jail

About epilogue i recommend you l2jserver project my friend have use his project / pack is stable i dont see any serios problems in his server

i not recommend you free private projects because if u find any bug/problems you dont know how much time they need for fix this problem or if they can fix problem .. but u can use private project to make your server but on your risk what server you want to start ? Epilogue ? Freya ? ...

best pack is this who is create from profesional developers ... so they are not free if you want realy to make big project who will be TOP Server , i recommend to pay on pro dev to make that , they can make what u want and fix what u want without problems .

this is my .. im not joke , my phone is 7 or 8 years old and work PERFECT and today

check your game server console for any errors when you try to use this buffs

i think that guide is wrong .. <set name="power" val="25" /> that is chance on skill to be active in pvp/mobs about how much buffs to remove skill u need little java modification if i not wrong

i think that have other easy way make pow/pof/cov/magnus/cov to be TARGET_SELF when u try to make cov u will make only on yourself
