about L2Vendetta when pyro had alt char yeah it is true that nobody cared about that. I don't see the problem here...he don't use items over the max enchant... it's like you are fighting with a lucky guy or donator. I'm not saying that he is not guilty but it's not a big deal too..

Red colour - Bonuses that CoV have but magnus dont have.

Blue colour - Bonuses that magnus have but not and CoV.

Black colour - Both buffs have it but magnus give more % of the stat .

Magnus chant is definitely better for mages on server without mp pots for farm , RB .

CoV better for PvP , farm , raid  on server with mana pots.

On low rate , yes enchant it cause you don't have that fast re-use as on high rates. But on high rate i think that there is no difference if it will be + 0 or + 20 ( in the skill dmg )

believe me or not i have played it and it was not unbalanced.

Ghost sentinel and evas templar are the best ( if you know how to play with them ) . I voted for GS.
