ughm... that "SYS" message is in retail l2off files free left to configuration(some servers say GM informed,others- Exploit logged and such)

after server reboot or client restart the skills are gone. I think the problem is with the "Your skills have been validated" message on login.Does gameguard validate the skills,and how can I disable it?If its server side,how to login w/o loosing skills? what packets should be captured and modded?
