How to move l2j server to another pc

1º- ShutDown the server 2º- Make a Back up from the navicat 3º- Prepare install the Java, MySql and navicat in the other computer 4º- Copy back up and server files to the new computer 5º- Run database instaler and press full "y" 6º- Wait 7º- Open navicat and comprobe you have the database full, run the Back Up of the other computer. Now run LoginServer and GameServer and test it. PD: Sorry for my english -

Man i have this error in the datapack hero1771 revision 191 T_T I have instaled java update 11 mysqul 5.0 and install all the database and this allways get this error with this datapack only,with other datapack i dont error
