i think that it is preconfigured. is it needed to be compiled in order to run? i know that i can configure it whenever i want it i mean my server can me run and then i can configure it

hello, i have a problem with my server: when i try to log in to my server nothing gets happened! startloginserver works perfectly and startgameserver too. but when i enter my ID and PASS to log in i press agree on the license when it appears and then i try to press ok to log in to my server and then nothing gets happened! there is no error in protocol. i need ur help plz! see the picture for the problem http://img833.imageshack.us/img833/4361/78588683.png
