I log in my server everything is fine, i called my internet provider and they opened my ports and i see here http://status.blackout-gaming.net/index.php?request=srvrchck that my server is offline any ideas or maybe these files are wrong?

Hello Guys i have just called to my internet producer and i ask them to open my ports my local ip is 192.168.2.11 and they said we can open u ports for 192.168.2.10... will it be ok? i cant do it alone cause my rooter is too old and its not included in portsforward.com
