Are you sure it works??cuz some time ago I downloaded a version of pac steam (latest version)and everything was fine till the point of connecting to a server (talking about cs 1.6).A pop up message: This Steam Account has not bought this game....bla bla Hope this one works! :D

it depends on what you mean by the word "lan" Non-steam, aka steam with "steam_id_lan" is an illegal version of steam.It has got an advantage of playing 4 free in many servers...(most of them non vac secured)
