Ok i have get the skills but they go to passive skills and i cant use them ...

Can Someone Tell Where I must Put this File to Spawn the buffer ingame i cant find it ???

@killer I Done what U said For Some Buffs i Found And Nothig Happed.... again It says 10 minutes and some buffs that i edited the buff duration they dont work ingame and also i changed the resuetime for The skills : Seeds of water,Fire.. and they have dissapered .. :/ Suggest Something to do plz

O yes i know that but there are so many skills in order to searching and editing every buff there isnt any more easy way to do that ??
