Char without buffs can fight only in low lv i think ... And i think that Your question is a litle stupid ... You cant just buy buffs or make dual box and take pp or wc with You ?

Delete sub for 20 or more min buff .... Event on high rate that is usless i think becouse when You take new sub You have 40 lv ... And You need to exp :)

If you have weapon +0 after send changed paccet thats mean Your server is protected btw firs read all then ask :) "If you send edited packets and you just buy the weapon at +0, the server you play on is protected and L2phx is useless there, then go find another server and try to do the same."
