You should start creating background with smudge tool and stocks. Then again,you can use C4D's but don't overdo it. Once you create your bg then you can use PS filters but only if you know how to. That's why I never give full c'n'c. All of u need to read guides.

C'N'C time :P Iziom's tag: I love the flow and the lighting effects!Also the text is nice.I love this style since it was one of the first I saw online xD! Imo,there some parts of the sig that don't really fit each other but are awesome as ones! A motion blur layer @ the direction of the lightsource would make it even better.I actually like it as many different pictures,not as one. Goddess's tag: That's more like a signature.It has some really good effects and flow.It seems way empty tho. So my vote goes to Iziom. @SoFaKi,I said it's ok LOL!
