    If you install geodata you will not can handle much people. Anyway.... If you're going use Interlude Server and Geodata Installed you will can have around 50 people. Without geodata i believe around 120~160

    For linux users: Server.lu Very cheap company and you wont get in any troubles if you're using Patch or running L2OFF Files. Because it is hosted in Luxembourg

    Most of the server are running on Windows 2003 x64 bit version If you have checked windows 2008 they are like Vista. You cant run a server on normal operator systems. Windows 2003 x64 bit is the best if you haven't linux knowledge.
