hehe now after some time i think these classes are best

1.Paladin or Dark avenger-Im not sure cause both are great classes,great deff,good buffs,solid damage.Pala has AI and TOL so he can live a long,DA has panther which on olly rocks.

2.Overlord-Amazing buffs,good defense,best debuffs.Cause of mana problems draining enemy isnt best tactic so sometimes u have to go as Melee OL and u will still do good damage.

3.Gladiator-Good def,a lot of hp/cp,amazing damage and has lionheart to help him against mages.Has battle roar too help him get alive,and sonic barrier for 10sec ownage

4.Tyrant-Like gladi but i dont like him as much as gladi.Has totems,ff,zaelot,barrier but doesnt have battle roar to recover his hp

5.Necro-Summoner/debuffer/nuker.nuff said, but if ur summon goes down and ur curses dont land ure pretty much dead

6.Summoners-Summons always rock especially Magnus unicorn.

7.Bish-Melee bishop can be imba class for olly.I actually saw one bish with duals kill gladi ^^

I like World at war best.I dont like WW3 themed games.WW2 is best xD

no dyes is best.+dex is stupid cause 4 dex give u like 4 crit rate and 10 atk speed and remove 2k hp.either go -dex +con or dyeless

nice guide but u forgot 1 very important skill..CANCEL ftw.u always cast it on flagged ppl then surrender then vortex then vortex buster then u prominence^^.Cancel is one of most usefull skills so u should use it all the time

i saw this on Core when 1 guy killed all shops and stuff.this is in wrong section,mod should move it to request

this really works but u need to be precise as hell with this.if u put too late u can burn weapon if u put too soon u dont ench right weapon

Buffer: Either create NPC buffer or just do not. All the buffs except the 3rd classes buffs (no cov, no pow, no sirens, etc.) All buffs should last 2 hours(+dances, songs for 2 hours, too)

-> Don't be lazy to exp your own buffpet for adittional buffs.<Agree

 

Enchant: All the enchants in shop for equal price, let's say safe enchant's +4 and maximum +25. Rate around 66% - 70%. And mage's weapons enchant rate should be lower than fighter's weapons. You know, as it is supposed to be, Draconic bow should be easier to enchant than Arcana Mace.<Disagree: +25 is too much i think max should be +16 cause +25 is too powerful and for armor max +10 and jewls +10.

-> Don't change server into Star Wars server

 

Olympiad: Customize Grand Olympiad, Heroes for 1 week, Olympiad system - first week buffed olympiad (full buffs) and second week unbuffed.

-> Boring to wait 1 month to become a Hero<Bad idea, normal hero system is great.Fullbuffed oly is one of the dumbest things i ever heard cause oly is to show ur skill not who presses f1 faster.Some classes on fullbuffs are imba 1v1.My vote goes to standard olly

 

Quests:

- Nobless: Have to do the whole quest, except Hellfire and 5 Lunargents (they'll added in shop)<Agree

- Subclass: Whole quest except ... Blood ... that thing we need to enter Baium's room, the item that we need to be able to speak to vortex (it'll be added to shop).<Agree

-> Probably the best settings for mid rates

 

Customs:

Do not add custom armors, just custom weapons. Do not find for custom weapons, do not download them for from anywhere, think of your own. Create new fresh weapons, with nice graphix and do not overdo it with color enchant.

-> To success as a new rising server, you'll need to do this.<Custom stuff is always welcome if it isnt overpowered or such.

Donations:

Don't overdo it with donations, maximum enchant of weapon donation should be +15 or +16, maximum armor enchant donation's like +7, max. +8., absolutely normal item, dropable (if donator's a pk).

-> Do not create conditions only for rich people

 

That would be perfect server atleast for me, dunno how others would like it

100% perfect is almost impossible but u can try to mix all 3 tanks and turn their shield toggles on and pump dex up

but i deal with a new problem here ....

note that : all the additional set ups for running the server are apropiate as for internals & externals ,no-ip,l2jdb etc etc .

The point is , when i turn the server into local (127.0.0.1) i can login in game and play as well  , but when i turn him into external (l2sinserver.no-ip.biz) i see the panel from server but i can't log in :(

P S : external-internal changing only in gameserver properties .All the rest as they should be .

       any help would be apriciated again .

Man,u gotta be kiddin' me...dagger is like sps(a lot of attack speed but less p.attack).......sph is like archers(not a lot attack speed but a lot p.attack)that's why sph needs empower more than acumen!!

i tried on one server blows with no grade and c grade(no sa) and difference between blows was like 30-50 damage.580 with no grade 617 with c gradeor smth like that(tried on gatkeeper w/o buffs)

 

Well,it is for High rate servers when u can use all buffs and m.def and mana are too big

 

u dont understand...u have same cast/matk with +5 or +8 cause after +5 u lose bonus!!+4wit/int -4men and +1/wit/int -1men is how it should go
