    some tips to create a website like that Languages you must use: PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL Requirement: SQL Server like Mysql - a good host What your SQL Server must have as tables: Table: users id - INT Auto Increment username - String - lenght:50 password - String(Sha1) - lenght:50 email - String - lenght:255 Table: Top id - INT Auto Increment username - String - lenght:50 Site_name - String - lenght:50 site_banner - String - lenght:50 site_description - String - lenght:300 votes - INT ............. and more if you want The first thing you can start creating a website is making first a design in photoshop and if it looks very good like a realy good website then you can make the design to php, html, css for example for css #container { width:800px; height: 800px; margin: 0 auto; background-color:FFFFFF; } thats a good start, Goodluck :) simplest way to show the best server at the top of the page is using the function 'While' in PHP and using a query that will show the highest number of votes at the top

    lol I recognize that website... its pretty old that I know but a website is a website and for that it does not realy matter how old it is 8) Somethings I've noticed when reading some php files: The website is not 100% safe you can get a SQL attack use mysql_real_escape_string() to make it more safe

    If you want your own webserver in a minute download this and install it http://sourceforge.net/project/downloading.php?groupname=wampserver&filename=WampServer2.0h.exe&use_mirror=ovh After you have installed it go to c:/wamp/www there you can put your whole website Wamp is having Apache 2.2.11 PHP 5.2.9-2 + PECL SQLitemanager MySQL 5.1.33 Phpmyadmin You just need to go to http://localhost and now you can see your website... if you want your website public just put the port 80 open so others can see it but they need your ip address or else others can't see it

    No ok it will maybe never reach the navicat functions but my program is more based at L2J Databases but I get your point And I've made a little function to my program thats just to send querys to the database

    Thats just your choice of choosing navicat instead of a other program but don't forget that navicat is just a program to connect to a database and showing some tables to edit My tool is based on Lineage2 and not any other databases only for Lineage2 and btw I just began working at the L2J Database Editor so soon there will be more functions

    Hey people I'm making another great tool for you all 8) The L2J Database Editor (Maybe you know the Wargods Database Editor, I stopped working at that tool because VisualBasic is better for making applications!) I just wanted to let you people know I'm working on a tool and now I'm doing it in the computer language: VisualBasic My grandpa learned me a bit so I could make applications with VisualBasic (My grandpa is having 35 years experience with VisualBasic) So what this tool must do is to edit your database easy and I have also added an flood protection against those floods...     Hey people i'm back from France :D And yes yes... I saw some hot girls (love was in the air i quess :P) Sorry that I did not bring any hot girls >.< no internet haha Anyway when I was at France with my dad/mon/grandpa/sister and my self when we arrived there I saw a laptop, It was my grandpa's laptop I did not even knew he was holding one to France xD And I was little bit programming there... just some hours and my grandpa told me that he was having 35years experience of VisualBasic and So I want to re-write the Wargods Database Editor tool I think it will be awsomer as before

    Keep a eye on the tempertures!!! your chipset don't must reach the 60c and for your cpu it don't must reach the 60c keep it so cold as possible And this is the math for your 15 x 215 = 3.225 (3.2GHz) So I see you want also 3.2GHz but you will get blue screens of death all the time to fix this you need to increase the voltage by 0.1v thats (100mv) I'm having 1.5v my default was 1.4v you need to change the Core Voltage 100mv higher thats 0.1 and don't put it too high or your processor will die I'm offline for a week...going to the france country cya later guys :D Have fun overclocking :)

    Your CPU/Chipset looks ok but your Graphic card is burning :O If you want that graphic card for a few years you need to buy a cooler for sure
