I gathered 3 pages and people told me that he deserves a ban, people made complains against him, same way it happened to me, that guy L2 Rival or what was his name. I paid for a product, I told him 20 times and you can see in printscreens that I told him 1 more week, 1 more week, come on lets finish, come on bro, lets finish before you get hired, lets do x,y,z thing because I felt that he will not finish the job and he will take just the money, I felt that I was 100% sure when I noticed he doesn't log on skype from 3 days, no signs, no answers, no replies. Be fucking fair maxtor and admit that you hesitate to ban him just because he designed your forum, be a man! If I was paying you for a sticky or a banner than I was refunding them, you would permanently ban me, with no right to tell my opinion, maybe I felt you don't deserve them, or maybe they are too much, or maybe I have a financial problem and I had urgent need to take them back, would you still had listen my opinion if you were in my place?

We already started from a week with a new designer which guess what, he almost finished the job, 1 week took him and believe me, he got dozens of orders comparing to xdrac. Anyway, I am still waiting for Maxtor's answer since he personally told us to make a report 2 days ago.

He edited a site that strain made, but, I really have nothing personal with Strain, I started to work with him but after a period of time he told me he has very short time and a lot of things to do and we both agreed to end the colaboration, pay the money he deserved and that's all, we' re still friends and we still work together. I gave what Strain did to us, to xDrac and it took him 3 months to make nothing more than Strain did, sorry...2 months because last month he didn't log on skype or when he did he was away or not responding. This is the most ridiculous defending I ever saw. I paid 100Euro because he had a promising start, I got the PSD for that part but it was not complete, than I paid another 100E to finish another task and I got nothing from there, he simply edited some stuff that another designer did to us. I am not a joke, thing is I like to be as mush as possible a fair and professional person, therefore I paid him the money he asked just to finish the design faster, I don't care about 200Euro, the most disappointing and painful part is that I was left with an unfulfilled dream. He promised something and than he disappeared in the storm, I had big plans to open my project before November, as you can see in the printscreens I was more than patient, more than fair, more than a friend for him and he screwed up by leaving without giving a proper reason, or a reason at all or at least to refund a part of the money because he is incapable to finish it. However it seems that mods/admins don't want to be too much involved in this, even if I was "fooled", and I know exactly the reason why they don't act as fast as they act usually. xDrac like Strain are the only 2 designers this forum has, when they need something they ask them to help, so it's pretty clear, to be honest I don't believe he will be banned I just made this post to make sure people will consider next time when they buy from him.
