Unholy seems to provide the best dps to downtime ratio. There is 0 downtime with blood but it takes longer to kill stuff. Unholy is really fun and does a bit more dps and you can still regen enough health to not need to stop killing stuff (even while aoeing groups). So I would go unholy. You can use scourge strike and death strike as alternates of each other depending on whether you need more health or if you're ok on health do a scourge strike for more dps. :) Frost is probably not advisable for leveling. Unholy seem to be the best option.
