its not easy to make sucesfull enchant on armor/jevs/weapon with safe 8 max 30 and 80% enchant rate ;/ sry.

Enchant safe:3 Enchant max(Weapon):20 Enchant max(Armor):10 Normal enchant rate(Weapon):70% Normal enchant rate(Armor/Jewels):65% Blessed enchant rate(Weapon):75% Blessed enchant rate(Armor/Jewels):70% OMFG Safe=max or easy enchant
