If i would start again with lineage i would make a custom quest about farming the custom items, or the top armors (retail ofc). So ppl should go and get some quest items, kill mobs, get their clan and kill such bosses, like noblesse quest. And farming system would get more interesting not farming on the same place 24/7, with the same items, etc etc. For example: Take the quest at Aden. Then, u have to take 5 mystery boxes from 5 different mobs on different locations. Return them back. After that, u will have to go at hunters village and take the poetry book (The same with the noblesse quest :> ) and kill another mobs. Then u got to move around towns and gets shits, and return them to others. Then u get a magic staff or something like that and your clan have to kill a boss like barakiel. After killing the boss, the last hit takes the quest item. Then after returning it back u will get a magic box that u double click it and then u get 1 random set (Robe, light or heavy). the numbers are random, 33.33% :D This one sounds unique. And about other stuff, still no ideas but this would make it interesting.

Seems like u added gracia plus monsters on the gracia final, so u see them as npc's. Although check if their type is not L2Monster or L2MonsterInstance. If they are not then change them
